Absolutely top notch service, from the friendly staff in the office, to the quoting and installation. 15 year old split system air conditioner stopped cooling- though I was up for replacement- When organising an electrician to look at it, Leigh ( office phone) couldn’t be more helpful- booked me in for Thursday, waiting list for earlier. Tradesman arrived Wednesday in very hot conditions, diagnosed failed capacitor - went to the office to get a new one ( had one in stock) Installed - done and dusted in about 90 minutes from when he first knocked on the door $350 eftpos on the spot …..Bargain, couldn’t be happier

I called Jit electrical and explained to the lady my problem with my air conditioner. The problem was before winter this year, it turned itself on for no reason. It had an orange flashing light blinking.We had to turn it off from outside switch. Then a few weeks ago we turned it back on at the mains, it appeared to be going good. Then when I went to use it again, I had the same issue orange blinking light, would not respond at all to the remote. Turned power off to it again. Called JIT electrical, who booked me in. The aircon specialist came, looked at aircon, looked at outside unit, then told me " I can't fix it as the orange light is not blinking, I don't know what the fault is". Omg he was the technician and did nothing except charge me $169 for call out with not a thing done.
He told me I should have counted how many times orange light blinked. I AM NOT A AIRCON TECHNICIAN!!
I have called twice to complain and as of yet no one has even bothered to call back. Absolutely shocking!!
Am still waiting for a call back!
