We have just sold our home and our purchaser is rapt with all the electrical work done by JIT in particular 3 new air conditioners.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! A 5 star rating does not even begin to describe how impressed I was with Allan from this company. Called in an absolute panic on Saturday afternoon (during the AFL Grand Final) when I had no lights and the meter box kept tripping and I could not switch it back on. Allan who was at another job, arrived within 30 minutes like he promised and called to let me know he was on the way. Upon arriving, he was super friendly, professional and found the fault and fixed the issue. Best of all, the cost was very reasonable for a Saturday afternoon! Eternally grateful to have lights again and to Allan for his expertise (and for listening to me talk far too much). I will only use this company from now on and will be telling everyone how amazing they are. Out of every renovation/repair I have ever done, I would rate this company hands down the best EVER! Very disappointed with the customer service, was a very brief consultation and poorly provided information to customer. I end up with a timber electrical pole that looks is an eyesore in front of my house, was not told during consultation that I could not have it near the fence as requested. End up paying nearly $7000 for nothing as it devalued my house instantly and is literally an eyesore right in the front a few metres from the fence. Was not informed about a non-pole option because the owner of this company couldn't be bothered to do some research and lay out all options to me as he was obviously going to make more money with the pole option. I am very angry that my hard earn money went no where and end up getting another electrician advice who agreed that a non-pole option was better, aesthetically pleasing and of course cheaper. The owner of JIT admit his errors and no recompense was offered either. Sorry I don't trust your services anymore. This has been a nightmare experience for me. Now I have to pay to get rid of this pole and pay someone to do the right thing for the home owner/me in the first place and do it effectively.

I called Jit electrical and explained to the lady my problem with my air conditioner. The problem was before winter this year, it turned itself on for no reason. It had an orange flashing light blinking.We had to turn it off from outside switch. Then a few weeks ago we turned it back on at the mains, it appeared to be going good. Then when I went to use it again, I had the same issue orange blinking light, would not respond at all to the remote. Turned power off to it again. Called JIT electrical, who booked me in. The aircon specialist came, looked at aircon, looked at outside unit, then told me " I can't fix it as the orange light is not blinking, I don't know what the fault is". Omg he was the technician and did nothing except charge me $169 for call out with not a thing done.
He told me I should have counted how many times orange light blinked. I AM NOT A AIRCON TECHNICIAN!!
I have called twice to complain and as of yet no one has even bothered to call back. Absolutely shocking!!
Am still waiting for a call back!

Have used Just-in Time Electrical few times, and every time has been great, arrived on time, cleaned up after finished. The last time, the tradesman finished earlier than expected/quoted, and charged me only for the time used, so we're very impressed with the honesty and professionalism.

I recently used Just-In Time Electrical for a significant upgrade at my home, which involved removing old fixtures, installing downlights, new switches throughout, a power outlet, a switchboard upgrade, and compliant smoke detectors. It was a five star experience from start to finish. Phil arrived on time to assess the work required, explaining clearly what he could do and wrote up a quote there and then. I was happy with the quote so two more team members were called in and work started straight away. The team was very professional, efficient, and polite. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and cleanliness, assuring that my dachshund puppy did not find anything on the floor to eat or run off with. Ill add he also is a local owner who advertises/donates in the community which gives back to local clubs etc. Better than going with the big companies that are based out of Melbourne or Sydney.

Has issue with the power flashing spoke to Phil advised me to call Energex who came found the problem and got me to get Phil out and the problem was done within 2 hrs great work from both Energex and JIT electricals

Just had Ben come out from Just-In Time. Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable. Gave a couple of solutions to our problem with our oven which we appreciated. He then proceeded to fix it without a fuss. Highly recommend.

Steven was quick to come out (even at 7am on a Saturday morning!) and was an absolute charm to deal with. He got our commercial kitchen up and running just in time for the start of trade!

We use Just-In Time for all our electrical work for ten years now. They are always prompt and reliable and the work to a high standard. Special mention goes out to Taylor who we've seen a couple of times. He is a credit to himself and the organisation.

Just-in Time helped my out at very short notice, just before Xmas...relaxed, friendly, helpful service. Sam, a very capable and competent electrician, did a fabulous job hanging pendant lights perfectly and sorting out a few other 'issues' with the house's wiring. Highly recommend this company.

Called Just-in time after losing power on Easter Monday. The electrician advised that he would attend my premises in approx 1.5 hours. He arrived early and completed the diagnosis and repair within half an hour. Very polite and professional. Will very likley use Just-in time again

Justin came promptly at 2am in the morning to fix our fire alarm malfunction. Very cheerful and kind. Replaced the fire alarms. Very grateful.
